A builder who thinks in systems.

Not just automating a manual step — understanding the process, constraints and downstream impact, then designing the smallest system that solves the real problem.

My work sits at the intersection of business process understanding and hands-on technology. I work from discovery and stakeholder conversations through feasibility, architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation and operational handover.

I especially enjoy untangling processes that involve multiple systems, messy data, business rules, human handoffs and access constraints — then turning them into controlled, maintainable workflows.

I am also extending that foundation into AI/ML through my BITS Pilani postgraduate programme, with coursework spanning machine learning, feature engineering, classification, deep learning, NLP, text mining and AI/ML application development.

Design and deliver end-to-end automation and workflow solutions supporting commercial banking operations.
Designed a multi-stage WIP solution spanning SQL extraction, portal data, reconciliation, business rules, ownership mapping and automated distribution.
Designed a connected Power Apps + SharePoint + Power BI + Power Automate operating model for tracking, guidance, analytics and automated communication.
Delivered 50+ VBA automations across operational reporting, SharePoint updates, archival, report generation and Outlook communication.
